RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At FNG Energy, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of consumable products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on energy drinks, variety packs, or custom-built packs.
Refunds or replacements may be provided if:
• The incorrect item was shipped.
• Products arrive damaged during transit.
• Products are missing from an order.
To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of damaged products and packaging
Approved claims may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at FNG Energy's discretion.
FNG Energy reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these requirements.
