FNG Energy makes no medical claims regarding any products sold.

Customers should consult a healthcare professional before consuming energy drinks if they have medical conditions, are pregnant, nursing, sensitive to caffeine, or are under medical supervision. FNG does not recommend customers under the age of 21 years old to consume products containing caffeine. 

USE TAX NOTICE

FNG Energy is required to collect sales tax only in states where we have a registered tax presence. If you are located in a state where sales tax was not collected on your order, you may be required by your state's law to self-report and remit use tax directly to your state tax authority. Use tax is typically the same rate as your state's sales tax and applies to purchases made from out-of-state sellers.
